October, 2015 Report
Many enterprises want to use Amazon Web Services' cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Servcie (PaaS) but lack the technical understanding or skills to do so safely, efficiently and with agility.
Because AWS does not offer managed services, these organizations need to work with a partner to help migrate applications into the cloud, to manage the infrastructure or applications, or to assist them in making a transition to cloud-native DevOps-style operations. Careful partner selection is important because each delivers unique services at varying levels of competency.
In its recent Market Guide for Managed Service Providers on Amazon Web Services, Gartner has named 2nd Watch as a representative vendor. Access Gartner's report for a full evaluation of 2nd Watch's managed services offering.
